1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the access and use of the service MagicShoot.ai ('the Service'). By using the site, you accept these terms without reservation.

2. Service Description

MagicShoot.ai is a tool for generating and enhancing product photos using artificial intelligence. The service operates on a credit system.

3. Access and Account

Access to the service requires creating an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials. Any action performed from your account is deemed to be performed by you. MagicShoot reserves the right to suspend any account not complying with these ToS.

4. Credits and Payments

  • The service is paid via the purchase of credit packs.
  • Payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or in case of a proven service malfunction attributable to MagicShoot.
  • Credits do not have an expiration date as long as the service is active.

5. Intellectual Property of Generations

Your Images: You retain all rights to the images you upload (source images).
Generated Images: Subject to full payment of credits, MagicShoot assigns to you the commercial usage rights for images generated by the AI from your content. You are free to use them for your store, ads, etc.

6. Liability

The service is provided 'as is'. MagicShoot does not guarantee that results generated by AI will be error-free or perfectly suited to your specific expectations.

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, hateful, defamatory content or content infringing on third-party rights.

7. Modifications to Terms

MagicShoot reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Users will be informed of major updates.
